  Yes, Goxcoin is being built on Mastercoin and LTBcoin is being built on CounterParty (XCP)

  Not looked at Armory for a while but it would be nice if it could support plugins for user created assets, like LTBcoin. Not too sure how feasible this would be or safe for that matter, just an idea.
