The site was moved a few weeks ago to a subdomain of ltbcoin.com. Add "forum." before ltbcoin.com to fix broken links: http://forum.ltbcoin.com/discussion/36/how-does-this-work-let-s-talk-user-experiance#latest@CryptoCoin

Please excuse me if the answer to this lies further down the thread, but is there an updated link? This one doesn't appear to be working.

In regards to initiating a counterparty wallet to recieve the initial coins, do we need toa) prime the account?b) have a minimum of XCPc) have the asset type of LTBcoin prepared, with the wallet address added into our ltbcoinforum settings?
or do we simply put the first counterparty wallet address in the BTC section of our forum settings, leaving the ltbcoin address blank?0 likes -

or do we simply put the first counterparty wallet address in the BTC section of our forum settings, leaving the ltbcoin address blank?Since Counterparty is built on top of BTC, you merely need to supply a BTC address that I would suggest and possibly assume you need to have the private keys for. Certain wallets & I believe most if not all centralized exchanges hold your private keys for you. counterparty.co and blockchain.info are examples of ones that you hold the private key. You can accept xcp or ltb to any bitcoin address, but some wallets don't have the ability to utilize the protocol, therefore you would need to import the private keys to a wallet that can, to do anything with it.
I would suggest going to counterwallet.co, copying down the series of words and opening a wallet, it takes 2 seconds (depending on how fast you write). Rename on of your addresses to something like "ltbcoin main", then paste the address into your settings on this forum into the bitcoin slot.
Anyone feel free to correct me, this is my best understanding of how this all works.
