Please include me. Also please check out some concerns over XCP I posted here http://ltbcoin.com/discussion/146/serious-issues-with-xcp-on-poloniex#latest
I'm understanding that you must use a web wallet to be involved in the testnet. Off testnet do you need an XCP wallet or will providing a BTC wallet suffice to obtain LTBcoin?
Also are there any wallet clients for XCP yet? Thanks.

ShonnyConstant said: I'm a civil servant near Detroit, and I'm new to the cryptocurrency community. After hearing Andreas on the Joe Rogan Experience, I was inspired to get involved. Before you roll your eyes too far back into your head, allow me to say that as a person fascinated by economics, I had been following Bitcoin from the outside for several months preceding this.
Detroit is a hotbed of innovation in business and anarchy these days. An ideal place for a community currency perhaps of the crypto flavor.

This sounds like a great idea, and I think you are correct that it will be heavily copied/emulated elsewhere. The funding model (i.e. that there will be a flow of dollars/BTC/whatever into LTBC because there are certain things, such as show advertising, that one can only buy with LTBC) will create a valuation immediately that is not just some bizarre estimate like you get with most new altcoins; LTBC will have real value from the get-go.
All kinds of companies have had their own private "currencies", from Airline Miles to stamps on a card at the sandwich shop. I can see a day where all loyalty programs turn into cryptocurrencies, as it will probably be easier to maintain!0 likes -

I consume 30+ hrs of podcasts a week while working. LTB content is always some of my favourite through the week. LTBcoin seem like an elegant solution to building and growing a community. I look forward to using my coin to support the shows that help me get through my work week.

I'll be happy to be part of the small group who is later "hated" as early adopters of LTBcoin. ;)
[erp, I hope... what is the cutoff for this giveaway?]

Thanks for all of your hard work. After listening to the q&a's, I'm impressed with how much thought has gone into this new breed of economy.

I didn't really get the point of LTBcoin when it was first announced. My initial thought was 'Why not just use bitcoin or some altcoin?' However, these last two LTBcoin Q&A podcasts have been really helpful and I think I now get it. I now see what differentiates LTBcoins from something like bitcoin. Bitcoin is a general purpose currency that shares some attributes of a physical assert like gold (limited supply, hard to obtain, good store of value). I see LTBcoin as being more like a currency with some attributes of a incentive stock option. People who participate in the LTB network get rewarded with LTBcoin that hopefully will accrue value over time. The more they participate and add value to the network to greater the potential future value of the LTBcoins they get. If that was all LTBcoin was then it would be almost identical to an incentive stock option. However, you can also use LTBcoin as a medium of exchange within the LTB Network, and so it also has currency-like attributes. I feel the first guy on Q&A #2 didn't get this difference-in-nature between bitcoin and LTBcoin and was criticizing LTBcoin because it did not have the more general-purpose currency attributes of bitcoin. Anyway, long time listener, first time poster. I'm looking forward to seeing how LTBcoin works out.
