Ugh, did I miss the initial disbursement?
I'm gonna be pretty upset if I didnt make the launch, as I had no idea the addresses werent being migrated to the new forum.
Never used this forums before but I have been a listener to the podcast. Like the coin hope it does well.
Sorry, little confused, I see a "test" coin disbursement announcement and this one...isn't the disbursement today? Thanks.
@William "What about a password manager app like KeePass. I find it's more convenient than encrypting a file. Still--not like the old days of 1 email address and 1 or 2 passwords!"
I didn't even know such a thing existed. Thanks! In hind site, it seems obvious.
Dave
Sounds good and can't wait!
@daveb "I love that we don't have to make people use a specific wallet just for us. I can't wait to see multiwallets become the norm."
It is becoming an issue for me. Too many apps. There are so many passwords and addresses and pass phrases and on and on. I have multiple email addresses based on what I am doing and they all have different ways to access them as well. It is too the point where I have to decrypt a file that has all my passwords on it just to figure out how to log into my accounts on any given site. So YES! Thank you for using a multiwallet. My only beef with it is the pass phrase. I would rather it be something user definable so I don't have to open that file to figure out how to log on.
It's interesting you say that DaveB because I am on the exact same boat. I keep thinking that there must be a better solution than to encrypt a file that holds my passwords. As for the counterwallet passphrase, the idea is that logging into your wallet should be so important that you would actually make an effort to memorize your passphrase. If counterwallet were using strong alphanumeric and special character passwords it may be near impossible for people to remember them. On the flip side, a passphrase is both memorable and secure.

Yup! KeePass is definitely a solution, and the challenge of keeping strong passwords safe and accessible is being tackled by others. Notably, Apple is trying to do this with their iCloud keychain, but it's clear to me that the system is still buggy because I lost a couple of passwords testing it out.
This is the first week of granting LTB Coin to posters right? Happy 4th of July everybody. I know not everybody celebrates it world-wide. Enjoy none the less.
Pretty sure the latest drop isn't till Friday, least that's what I recall hearing on the show.
