There isn't any single 'fair' way. However, I do like the Dutch Auction.

I'm not fundamentally against it, I have been reticent to "sell" LTBcoin in this way because I don't want there to be any confusion if this is an IPO.  It is not.  It is just a shift in our business model that has us tokenizing our ecosystem both for tracking, valuation and to better allow LTB's interaction with the rest of the economic world.

Adam? ‘50% of the tokens are to be distributed to key members of the LTB team’,isn't than too much?

It will be 50% of the LTBCoins distributed during "Launch Week", not 50% of all coins.

This is incredibly exciting. I've been listening to LTB since episode 02 (that's when I discovered it and went back to listen to episode 01!) and I think building a metacoin for the community is brilliant. Can't wait for you guys to get started!

Feel free to get involved in discussions as well, feedback always helps.

I honestly can't wait to hopefully become part of the LTB community and participate with content submission and the like. It's definitely incredible what LTB is doing by itself, but once many more people are recruited..I can only imagine! Good luck with everything.
