Do you think that 'selling' some amount of LTBCoin would be contradictory to what you see for LTBCoin?
There isn't any single 'fair' way. However, I do like the Dutch Auction.

I'm not fundamentally against it, I have been reticent to "sell" LTBcoin in this way because I don't want there to be any confusion if this is an IPO. It is not. It is just a shift in our business model that has us tokenizing our ecosystem both for tracking, valuation and to better allow LTB's interaction with the rest of the economic world.
It's quite easy to create buy / sell orders via Counterparty and I'm sure people will be selling (and others will be buying) LTBcoin right from the very first day. So why not set aside a small portion of LTBcoin for an "IPO" style fundraiser to acquire some initial BTC funds for LTB?
