Re: What exchanges would you like to see LTBcoin listed on?
@william ...
Yeah, but a big disadvantage to counterparty is the time it takes to actually complete a transaction. And, about half of the transactions don't go through, in my experience. So the DEX is a really cool idea that doesn't work particularly well yet.
Completely agree, I've tried a few trades, none have gone through yet. Why? New technology, small market, high expectations. Solution, fix the bugs, expand the market, increase the users. Compare this to Masterchest and it's way ahead.
I think we're both complaining about the same thing, make something that works, and give it to us! But distributed exchanges are new and barely working, it will take time. Getting the core code and functionality up to scale is the main task, right? Do you see third-party exchanges helping or hurting this effort?
I completely agree most of the orders did'nt go through and every transaction you end up paying 0.0002 for TX fee and 0.00015 for escrow. Neither it is efficient nor user friendly.
May be Mintpal, Bittrex or any other efficient DEX.

Re: What do you guys think of recent Gov. acceptance of Bitcoin?
@sethster82 As far as I am aware history has not witnessed the decentralization phenomenon for the last 10000 years on a global scale.
The positive aspect of decentralization is it is very resistant to corruption because power is not equally but rather fairly distributed. But the downside is if 51% is corrupted there is no chance of recovery or fighting back.
To reverse or rewrite history we should make sure at any point in time 51% ARE NEVER CORRUPTED in any decentralized system.

Re: What do you guys think of recent Gov. acceptance of Bitcoin?
Through out history spirituality was corrupted by centralized religion, barter and exchange was corrupted by centralized finance, healing was corrupted by centralized health care, insurance and pharmaceuticals, knowledge was corrupted by centralized education and centralized publication.
They will try their best to corrupt decentralization concept like Internet and crypto-currencies because state and monopoly equates to power and corruption in the long run.
HISTORY ALWAYS REPEATS

Re: Can content be hosted in a decentralized way?
It is better to use LTBcoin for decentralised storage rather than using safecoin to do the job overriding the hassle of exchange and dealing with n number of coins.
