Re: Does letstalkbitcoin.com need to update their website?
Daisuke said: One thing that I dislike on the existing letstalkbitcoin.Com site is the way it sorts it's latest posts on its index page. Often a newly released episode of a show is stuffed 3-4 placements below older posts, as if the post dates are being tweaked to prioritize certain content over others. I pick up the latest release via the rest feed, then need to hunt for the actual post on the website. Hunts can be fun, but I'm still confused how the index sorting is not perfectly predictable?
I agree, wasn't ideal but at the time we were working under a lot of pressure to get it out and compromises were made :) I have been very happy with the site given what went into it, and very much appreciate the work that did.

Re: What are your thoughts on DeleteCoin? Could LTBcoin use this model?
Proof of donation would be easy and awesome for a token that is not value imbued.

Re: LTBcoin Launch Day Distribution
After the last token is issued, the asset will be locked from further issuances. This is a setting that can be turned on one time and cannot be turned off in the Counterparty Protocol.

Re: LTBnetwork – Understanding Content Distribution and Hosting
wow I love https://svbtle.com's signup process and "ideas" very low barrier to entry private journal/public blog thing. It would be great if our user blogs used basically this ethos and design style.

Re: Bitcoin foundation
Nothing eerie about it, these ideas are obvious, you literally fall over them as you follow the logic. And that's always true when the paradigm shifts, the only difference is we're doing it in a globally collaborative, transparent way instead of a few individuals all racing for permission to make a monopoly on the obvious idea.
Douglas Adam's said:"It is a rare mind indeed that can render the hitherto non-existent blindingly obvious. The cry ‘I could have thought of that’ is a very popular and misleading one, for the fact is that they didn’t, and a very significant and revealing fact it is too."
He also said"All opinions are not equal. Some are a very great deal more robust, sophisticated and well supported in logic and argument than others."
I like to remember that in times of doubt, where the logic I can see so clearly seems to run contrary to the way the world works. In modern culture there is a pervasive monopoly of reality. The consensus has been shanghai'd and the world is being dragged down an unnatural path. I wrote a paper recasting DACs as Consensus tools rather than companies, with a company being one possible use-case of a consensus tool but not the exclusive one.
I'll close with this, my philosophy for LTBCOIN and most other things, once again from Douglas Adams
"Let us think the unthinkable, let us do the undoable, let us prepare to grapple with the ineffable itself, and see if we may not eff it after all."Posted on March 20, 2014 at 7:12 PM

Re: https
So how about an obviously unsecure site that is advertised as such "SSL IS NOT BEING USED, SOMEONE COULD BE MONITORING YOU" with a link to our .bit or .coin distributed domain?
Frankly, I want to move onto decentralized internet techs like Maidsafe ASAPPosted on March 20, 2014 at 6:51 PM
