I’ve read LTBcoin for Newbies - Under Construction by mmanvil74 which references both the The Proof of Publishing Protocol and What Every Piece Of Content Must Have To Be Published by Adam.  Perhaps I have missed it elsewhere, but cannot seem to understand how LTBnetwork storage/distribution platform is organized.  My questions are more to the infrastructure side of the LTBnetwork, rather than content creation.

Where does content live once published?  Is the LTBnetwork infrastructure distributed whereby content hosting receives LTBcoin or does it remain centralized within a(TBD) DAO/Foundation to maintain/fund? (TBD) DAO/Foundation to maintain/fund?

At this time we'll be starting with a centralized server, but I believe we should devote resources to having the LTB network distributed through decentralized means.
the "network" is basically a framework and backend market that individuals fit themselves into by running shows and blogs.  Storage and archiving will be an important part of the infrastructure function.

The content published by the LTB Network is valuable to its audience only if accessible for viewing.  Centralized distribution presents some risks to maximizing value of the LTB Network.  Likely this is well into the future, but something to be contemplated at its inception and revisited throughout.
I propose development of the LTB Network CDN (Content Delivery Network). The LTB Network CDN should be managed by the LTB Network DAO and funded by LTBcoin.

Though starting with a centralized server/site is fine, I do think that "blogs" should be allowed to be:
    - hosted elsewhere and simply aggregated onto the platform (RSS, JSON etc).or- domains mapped to the platforms own blogging system.
See http://svbtle.com as just one example blogging network that I think is a good reference.

wow I love https://svbtle.com's signup process and "ideas" very low barrier to entry private journal/public blog thing.    It would be great if our user blogs used basically this ethos and design style.

I also think Svbtle's approach is refreshing. Even though they are basically providing the same service as Blogger, WordPress.com, Tumblr, etc, the simplicity of the platform does make if feel like one "owns" their own blog.

svbtle used to be invite only.... A curated network of bloggers. Its now open. Regardless, it came to mind when reading threads here. I believe there are various clones out there. Even a Wordpress theme that mimics some of the minimalistic writing concepts.

More recently, ghost.org was launched. Maybe that would work well... Its open source and nodejs based.

Looking at prismic.io also. How do I get a "forever free for open contents" repository?

If you will use your prismic.io repository to promote your open-source project, or if your content will bring value to people's lives, then you should ask us for a free licence.

As the good-doer you are, you deserve to be helped as well! Tell us what you need, and we'll make sure you have everything in your hands so that your content management isn't part of your problems anymore!

We wish to know more about your project; please get in touch with us and answer these few questions:

What is the value-bringing / open-source project you're representing, and what is its mission? What does it selflessly bring to the world? Is it not-for-profit?Roughly, what kind of content will you be storing in your repository, and how will this content help your project's mission? What licence will you use to distribute your content that will be stored in prismic.io?Are you or is anyone going to be making money making this website?

There are only two commitments on your end of things: since your content is powerful enough to change the world, we ask you tokeep it open for other people to use it freely, whatever their need (licensed under Creative Commons BY, for instance); and we simply ask that you mention us (with our clickable logo in your footer, for instance) on every app or website you make using the repository.

Get in touch, and let's talk about it!"
