  I do surveying for large road constructor in fl also run a network and pc setup maintenance and repair business as well as train and a trim horses. I am looking for ways to let my computers earn money for me

  Its interesting seeing people from around the world talk about money. In my experience talking about how much you make can make you a target for many things. In the work space I have seen people get jealous and malicious because they were on the lower end of payscale, it can also lead to situations where people want to take advantage or borrow/beg etc. I have seen people be targeted for online hacking and scams because of being a soft fat target that talked too much, also seen people use information like that to target peoples homes and break in. So life experience has taught me the trade off of what you may gain compared to what you may lose by having such conversations is not worth it. For me its purely practical.

  Many people get weird about money, its why they flip out and panic over the price of crypto, and its still the wild west out here :)

  in my country its normal is how much you earn some people say it and other people don't depending how much you earn sure.

  @belltown When I lived in Ukraine it was a very common question to ask: what is your salary? And people answered all the time.

  But in US everybody's like: WTF? What kind of question is it? :)
