Hello Giovanny here. New to this world but have my hopes high. I'm a young professional aircraft mechanic that's been traveling around the US as a contractor. I used to be very into computers since I study computer science but slowly drifted away. I feel that this new Era is going to become a fun hobby of mines. Hope we all become millionaires in this ambitious for change. Goodluck to all !

    Hi

My name is Tom and I have been on-line since 1996 and been in to computers from the age of 14 and I am turning 47 this year on Xmas day... and I love playing computer games.. and still do.

(I live in Australia... Wollongong 1 hour south of Sydney)

I use to import computer products from china between 1996 and 2001 and sell them online and from my computer shop here..(closed now)

I think I was one of the first websites in Australia to use an on-line shopping cart.. and also have a downloadable program people could order my product through... I use to be the major supply of cpu cooling products supplier for people that wanted to overclock there cpu and gpu back in the day

I use to buy old computers from auctions here where I live and stripped them down and sold the parts.. that was between 1993-1997

I have always worked for my self and always think of ways to make things easier .. if you do something manually over and over there must be away to automate the process... that lead me in to internet marketing...

I was a member of a site back in 1999 called the warrior forum and I kept reading how people kept promoting their site to other sites one by one so I came up with a software idea and got some one to make it for me... at was in 2002-2003 and that site and software it sold from it made me some really good money until the market changed... and it happened so fast It hit me hard...

I also joined ebay and paypal around this time 2000 to sell my products online and I still have both accounts.. And also have 100% feedback on ebay from 701 transactions..

Well 1 year later or so I came up with another project that would also help people to promote their website a lot easier , but this time it was targeted towards email marketing and help on-line businesses build there mailing list.

I ran this from 2003-2007 and again... made a lot of new friends.. and money... come late 2007 all things changed..

Family issue again hit me hard.. and knock me about for a few years.. then in 2009 I heard about bitcoin but did not do anything about it and kept playing online games and just relaxing... this went on for about 2 years and then in 2011 I said I need to do something new...

So I started getting back in to programming... did a lot of VB 6.0 back in the day and started a bit of php and did that for a year but I did not get anywhere fast ... until end of 2012 I got in to C++ and have been doing it ever since all that between buying mining hardware now.. and reading as much as I can about bitcoin and altcoins and what ever else is coming out...

(OH yer almost forgot.... I have been into buying and selling domain names since 2001 but never did get lucky in that sold a few for profit but not enough.. but did sell vericoin.com.au today..)

    Hi,

My name is David from Canada. I'm just getting started with this "cryto" stuff but I like what I am seeing here. Great system to spread the assets to content creators and the audience. Looking forward to participating in the community.

    Greetings from Thailand,

I am a buddhist monk who is very interested in the social aspect, and implications,

that the blockchain and crypto technology has to offer. My immediate goal is to understand the technology, learn how to use wallets and multi sig accounts in order to help others understand and implement the technology.

Buddhism is all about change, and i would love to participate in the social change that i believe is possible with this community and others like it. My interest is not financial ( though a certain amount of coins are required for learning purposes). I am not on the forum to teach buddhism but will answer private messages if people have no other way to contact a buddhist community.

In due course i would like to set up a secular project financed by crypto ... having a tangible product or community hall constructed without using 'government' money could send out a strong message to other groups that this digital currency is worth learning about and implementing.

The public ledger is something that should help in providing accountability and transparency with accounts. The multi signature accounts should also mean no one person in control of community funds. I am at the very bottom of a steep learning curve and will appreciate all the help that is offered.

    yours in the dhamma,

    Citta Dhammo Bhikkhu
