  10 hours web site development for this project 10 hours basic graphic design for this project

  Large window for the completion of hours (don't need you to focus on this project, in other words).

  I confirm 3 PIONEER tokens in my counterwallet, but I cannot access the Seasteading forum. They do not appear in my profile balance. I tried refreshing my balance in my profile, but no change. I do have an EARLY token and can access that forum. Maybe @Cryptonaut can take a look?

  appears to be working for me. the problem might have been that our bitcoin/counterparty server had crashed at some point in the last ~ 6 hours, so it probably was unable to properly refresh balances. try refreshing again
