That sounds like it will work. Why just one week, though? Shouldn't you earn LTBCoin even for reading older content?

Re: 10k LTBcointest Giveaway! Post your counterwallet address and I'll send you coin!
@thecalling418 Counterparty switched to a new system for generating addresses a few weeks ago, so if you haven't migrated your wallet yet, that's probably the issue. See this post for full details.
Here's the relevant bit about accessing your funds and moving them to a new wallet:
Accessing Your Existing Wallet
If you created your wallet before May 8th, please prepend your passphrase with “old " to access your funds. For example, if your existing passphrase was "acid doubt danger hum dinner action final point demand inhale bedroom ocean", your new passphrase would be "old acid doubt danger hum dinner action final point demand inhale bedroom ocean".
Once logged into your existing wallet, it should continue to work as before. Remember: you should migrate your funds to a new wallet as soon as possible, and definitely by July 15. Read on for instructions on how to do that.
Sweeping your old funds
Setting up a new wallet and sweeping your existing funds into it is a very easy process, with our autosweep functionality. To get started, simply log into Counterwallet using your existing passphrase (without the “old “ prefix). Once in, click on the Import Funds button, and then choose From Old Wallet. Follow the instructions on that dialog, which will allow you to directly import all old wallet funds into the new wallet. Using your existing passphrase for this process is safe, and will enable the full 128 bits of entropy for your new wallet.
Note that if you do not have sufficient BTC balance to handle the fees to transfer the assets at a given address in your old wallet, the dialog will give you the chance to specify a private key to another address with the BTC to use for the fees.Posted on May 29, 2014 at 8:36 AM

Re: LTBCoin and the start of Private Network Tokens
ltbcoin said:thanks for the good explanation. so on the face of it, 50% higher fees...
Not across the board, @ltbcoin . We've been talking to the Counterparty devs and we should be able to lower our fees by two orders of magnitude for mass distributions and such, where we can afford to wait a few blocks for transactions to get picked up. Keep in mind that the standard Counterwallet fees are purposely generous to make sure transactions go through promptly. Also, the BTC in some of the multisig outputs can be recovered and respent.
So, the impact of 40/80 bytes is negligible in many cases.Posted on May 20, 2014 at 7:52 PM

Re: 10k LTBcointest Giveaway! Post your counterwallet address and I'll send you coin!
@hepucoa There should be a function to sweep the contents of addresses from the old wallet to the new one. Have you tried that? You will need a small amount of test BTC in each address you want to sweep for fees.
What problems are you having exactly? Could you try again (in case there was some downtime on the Counterwallet side) and give some more details.Posted on May 18, 2014 at 10:58 AM

Re: Technical Question: Should the website hold LTBcoin balances for users?
Let me give this some thought and we can talk during our hangout later today, Devon. In the meantime, I've introduced you to the XCP devs and started the discussion there with them via email.

Re: Technical Question: Should the website hold LTBcoin balances for users?
And @Adam, I asked xnova:
Will it be possible to do "sendmany" style transactions with Counterparty at some point in the future? That would help save on fees when doing mass payouts to users who have earned a certain threshold of LTBCOIN.and he said you had been discussing that with Adam (PhantomPhreak) but was not sure where that got left off. Any news?

Re: Technical Question: Should the website hold LTBcoin balances for users?
Shouldn't we be looking at the larger payment processors like BitPay and Coinbase too?
The biggest concern about working with a partner becomes their security and procedures and Andreas has already vouched for Coinbase. Smaller partners could turn out to be great, but are they "tried and tested"?Posted on May 14, 2014 at 8:19 AM

Re: Technical Question: Should the website hold LTBcoin balances for users?
Would it be feasible to use any kind of two-factor authentication for withdrawals? I have no idea about the costs involved.
