I'm a graphic artist and small-scale inventor/entrepreneur who started spending a lot of my time exploring Bitcoin in early 2013.

I've been accepting Bitcoin for design and print work since May 2013 (my first Bitcoin job was business cards for the Let's Talk Bitcoin team to bring to Bitcoin 2013 in San Jose).
    Print4Bitcoin.com

I've been selling Bitcoin Keychains since July 2013.
    Bkeychain.com

I made Litecoin keychains a bit later in 2013, but they haven't been selling that well (anyone want a deal on 1000 Litecoin keychains?).
    Lkeychain.com

I've written bitcoin articles on Let's Talk Bitcoin and Spelunk.in
    LetsTalkBitcoin.com/blog
    Spelunk.in

And in October of 2014 I became an LTB Network podcaster with The Bitcoin Game!

I'm definitely not a Bitcoin expert, just an enthusiast who enjoys participating as much as I can.

I can't find anywhere in the mobile version of the site that tell how many notifications we have, and links to them (like I see on my computer). As email notifications don't always seem to get past the spam filter, it would be helpful.

@Adam Sure, what is the full creative package?

  • Re: What should be added to the forums?

I'd love to see a page or ticker widget showing exchange rates between LTBc vs the major trading currencies plus USD. I know it may take awhile for a meaningful market to develop, but you could really use an easy place to see the price on LTB.com.

  • Re: why is there 0.000055 btc in my LTB account?

Ha, so while 3¢ is nothing, I guess it's a lot more valuable at present than 10 LTBcoin (which makes my donation kind of a lame).

It is good to know that 3¢/transaction number, I hadn't done the math. Doesn't seem like a huge deterrent.

    @kerneloops @RobMitchell

Sorry for the thread drift, but you by chance surf with brothers Carpenter?

I would ask such question via PM if there was one available, ahem, @adam :-)

    uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh… yeah…

    If you're a psychic, I'm very impressed!

  • Re: LTBCOIN now trading on Melotic.com exchange

@william The price now is too high. This is not to diss the network or its potential, but don't forget there will be 510 million coins. And something like 2 million more are generated per week. I don't see the price per LTBC going up soon. I think that the idea for so many coins is that it will be a bit like doge and people will tip it and throw it around a bit. But you never know. This is crypto.

That makes sense, and I haven't done math to try to project for myself different scenarios that would give the coin value if the LTB Network continues to prosper. I'm just reporting the difference in price I witnessed, and how that appeared.

I'm wondering if the actual BTC cost per transaction will discourage tipping. I just donated 10 LTBC, and afterward wonder if the asset value was less than the cost to send the asset (in which case, sounds like I should send more next time).

  • Re: why is there 0.000055 btc in my LTB account?

@b1zarr0 I'm looking for my first LTBcoin. I was out of the country last week and missed the first drop. I hadn't gotten a counterparty wallet yet either. Guessing I missed the first batch. Gosh is this butterfly labs... JK

    Just sent you 10 LTBcoin.

Can one of you smart people tell me the USD value of the Bitcoin used send 10 LTBcoin? Just curious how expensive it is to tip/donate LTBcoin and Counterparty assets in general.

  • Re: BTC Consumption

@coinfire You're seeing my CC image search as more philanthropic than it is (though Google does have a nice CC image search feature, so it's not too hard to find CC Bitcoin images). For me, it's primarily about finding uses of my own CC Bitcoin Keychain photos on various websites, so I can say "as seen on…" and list a bunch of impressive websites (and, it just gives me great satisfaction to see my keychains and my photos used to represent the concept of Bitcoin). You can see some of the bigger sites that used my images at bkeychain.com (each "as seen on" logo links to an article that used one of my photos). Two big sites that used my images that I have yet to add to my website are Arstechnica and Engadget. Many of the sites I listed have used my images multiple times, and 100s of other sites have used these images. And by all means, you or anyone else is certainly welcome to use any of the images in articles ( https://www.flickr.com/photos/100239928@N08/ -- I also have images of some products made by Bitcoin friends in the mix ). I'm really waiting for some "end of Bitcoin" article to use one of the photos showing a Bitcoin keychain being attacked by an acetylene torch. I think those images turned out really neat.

  • Re: LTBCOIN now trading on Melotic.com exchange

@richierao Already visit it yet,The price may be too high now.

Looks high to you, but it looks very low to me, based on the transactions (not trades) I've done with LTBcoin, and on what the LTB ads (site and podcast) have been selling for, in LTBcoin. At the current Bid and Ask on Melotic, and the auctions for ads, LTB is practically giving away ads.

I wonder if the trading price will move towards the value we've been implying LTBcoin has for transactions (on average, at least 10X the trading price), if the transaction price will move towards the trading value, or if the two will just remain very different?

    Wow, glad I helped!

Realized I should ping @thunderlei so he/she is notified I answered.
