Hey guys/gals, my name is Matt and I've been studying bitcoin behind the scenes since it's 2010. I'm a materials scientist, UI/UX designer and entrepreneur. I formally worked as a process engineer specializing in the development of thin film material.
In a recent former life I worked in a team of two to develop a hybrid social network that combined core attributes of twitter and facebook into a localized network. Unfortunately, the idea never took as it happens with most social startups. Since then I've spent a large amount of my time studying cryptocurrencies and the problems we need to solve in order to eliminate friction in adoption. I feel the world needs easier ways to mine cryptographic currencies that are outside of computational mining, which is what has led me to LTBcoin.

This looks like a protocol for Audience members? I say that because the goals are oriented for the audience aspect of LTBcoin.
I imagine the "goals" could be shifted/exchanged based on consensus from the network.
I favor a shifting cyclical distribution model.
For example:
1k coins to distribute for a one hour podcast:-Coins are divided into 4 cycles-250 coins for each cycle-Cycle time is 15 mins, could be smaller.
-This can be performed manually.
If we base the initial model on the glider operator it will functions as so:
Cycle 1 (1-15 min): 250 coins to distribute-Comments (20%)-Tips (30%)-Learning (30%)-Random Listeners (20%)
Cycle 2 (15-30 mins): 250 coins to distribute-Comments (50%)-Tips (30%)-Learning (20%)-Random Listeners (0%)
Cycle 3 (30-45mins): 250 coins to distribute-Comments (20%)-Tips (30%)-Learning (30%)-Randomly distributed (20%)
Cycle 4 (45-60mins): 250 coins to distribute-Comments (40%)-Tips (30%)-Learning (20%)-Randomly distributed (10%)
Not sure how to make commenting cyclical though, I guess these resources could be held and distributed evenly until they've expired.
Randomly distributed allocations could require users to listen to the podcast in order to receive the funds. The app would push a request to the user... "Wanna make some money? Listen to this podcast and you win XX LTBcoin"
