No. I think mining will be abstracted and localized for 99% of people. Mining is just a competition, hashing power is just a number relative to all the others. The primary purpose it serves beyond a certain point is distribution of funds equitably, and we can do that better.
We legally have to do it or we put ourselves at risk. I need to say investment advisor and lawyer, I throw in the other stuff because the whole idea that your investment advisor or lawyer is going to actually know what they're talking about better than you is a bit silly given the subject.
I really dislike anything that takes extra time and does not add value to my product, although I did just record an 11 second quick-disclaimer to apply to non-ltb shows

I'm not a big fan of tipbots, but I know many people are. I'm sure there would be demand for this but they are inherently insecure unless the tips are routed to real addresses instead of tipbot controlled ones.
