I like both as I find myself falling into both categories and would not mind shelling out a few shekels for the added benefits.

Would You Pay for Early Access? What about all articles-as-audio for commuters?

Not a fan of early access option but the text to audio option might be of interest. Not sure if would use it often but im sure I would from time to time especially if I have a road trip ahead of me.

I like the early access option and would probably pay for it - the key would be pricing it properly. The prices suggested are a bit higher than most subscribers are willing to pay for a service. Netflix charges $7.99/mo for their basic service. Amazon is about to offer books for a flat $9.99/mo. The prices for early access should be in this same range with a discount for LTBc and a discount for a year paid in advance, IMO.
Accepting both BTC & LTBc is fine and recommended. It'll help with LTBc price discovery & liquidity, gaining new users and a revenue stream.

@ivanb I agree, also I think LTB would make more money overall if the cost was $5 compared to $15. There are a few very large podcasts that are free, and then ask people to subscribe to the podcast for $5 a month. You don't even get anything extra as a consumer for subscribing, but at that cost, people do it just to support the content. I think you would see a similar thing if "VIP" memberships were offered for a low enough price, regardless of the benefits. With that being said, I personally would enjoy having audio posts over day-early posts.

As a commuter listener, I would easily pay whatever ltbcoin I earn with magic words and whatnot to pay for more audio articles. But I doubt I would pay money out of pocket that I didn't get for free ;). I'd just tune into stuff you should know or listen to something else I'm interested in

I fall in the commuter category and I may be willing to pay for the written content in audio format but the $25 per month fee way too steep in my opinion.

I like the idea of both.

The only topic I could see myself paying for would be content that was highly technical and went into detail on the inner workings of the protocol. I say this because there are few people who know this content well enough to explain it and there is real value in that. More people are interested in learning this than currently know it, therefore the market would price it accordingly.
