These are already on the list, what is missing?

• Private Messages
• "Show all unread"
• "Show all replies"
• "Show all subscribed threads"
• I also would like the design to be a little "tighter", lot of space between posts and topics
• Search Function
• User Configurable Timezone

What else?

+1 Search. It's really hard to find posts quickly.

Suggestion: The ability to set "Home Time Zone" so posts show up in time familiar to you. I assume right now the times are all PDT?

Sub Categories will be nice down the road when you have more activity but for now I don't know if it is needed as there isn't enough activity on the forums to make it needed.

  +1 to the search function

You can just put a forum time, somewhere at the bottom. Then you'll not need "Home Time Zone" and this will also resolve the confusion while bidding for something and not knowing the time.

I see what you mean. But if the site is to have a common reference time, why not use UTC? It would be a more consistent reference for the whole world. When quoting bidding cutoff times, use UTC there too.

Or is LTB primarily a West Coast (North America) operation?

@FBSoulMan yep UTC would be good, i am just suggesting a common reference time. Because i have had many problems in other forums with this time conversion while bidding.
