what is the character of LTBcoin?

can anyone summarize the character of LTBcoin: what does make it different from other altcoins?to my knoledge, LTBcoin is an application of XCP, and probably more than an altcoin. please prove me wrong.

  It isn't an altcoin at all.      It is something that exists on TOP of the blockchain infrastructure that bitcoin and most altcoins use.     It's not a replacement for or alternative to Bitcoin... it is an addition to Bitcoin.   This addition is useful to a particular community of people: the people you see here on this forum.

  So, in a sense, you could say it is a complementary currency.
