ezi (easy) media (Media) was going to use the name to create a software business about 10 years ago, mostly software tutorials so ezimedia ... had the domain name ezimedia.com but let it expire but I had used ezimedia in a lot of places so I kept it...

Mine means that I am here occupying this space now. Both in physical form and digital realities. Although I may not in the future. I will move by Eris' suggestions, and rejoice in the chaotic nature of life. So the most I can do is reflect upon my existence now and rejoice in all the possibilities ahead, both plausible and less likely. For if one is possible, all are possible.

It comes from my real name, Edward Jr., which my mother shortened into Jed before I was born. I didn't know that my real name wasn't Jed until I was 7. After hearing this story, many people have called me Jedward. I decided that adding an o to the end gave a better ring to it.

My username is simply my first initial followed by my surname.

Giors is a somewhat unusual name. My grandparents on my father's side came to the U.S. from Northern Italy. My father, his brother and the extended families are the only Giors I know of in the USA. There are some Giors in Italy and I would love to meet them some day.

I have some information about my name on the front page of http://www.giors.com
