@cryptonaut cyrpto + astronaut (or juggernaut?) = cool sounding name
That's nice, hopefully you can bring us to the moon sometime, I'll take my LTBc and BTC with me :)
mon = money bux = I have no idea idea, it just sounded cool.

First letter from my first name plus my hobbys
first account on WOW (long time ago)
last 3 letters of my first name. looked quite boring, so i added the first word which come to my mind - hush
My nick means nothing .. only redsn0w .
mine is my real name! just call me ney!
For the university i have to create a business; but i have no idea of the name. So at random i tap the keyboard. And was "Icruyin" jajaja
My user name is one that I have used for a while but often I have to add something to the end since it is taken and I use PhantomOfHeat.
I use that because I was creating an account of the gaming site Heat.net to play 10six and I liked the Phantom of the Opera so I decided to play off that.
BlockZombie is a name I have taken on to represent me in Bitcoinland. It's a name I can claim on most services because it's fairly unique, I have blockzombie.com and I'm @blockzombie on twitter.
The name is a reference to cryptocurrency obsession but it avoids using bit or coin because I think that's now totally overused and none of the names are distinguishable any more... they all sound the same to me.
It's easy to spell and pretty good when spoken - like over the phone. It's playful and not too serious; Zombie does not put out a corporate vibe but hopefully it's memorable enough. I also like the assonance in the two words - the "o" in block is the same "o" as in Zombie which ties the words together lyrically. This is also true across the different English accents (I'm Australian). I also like names that google well.
My goal for this name is to function as a potential "brand" so I use it as a handle but it could one day become a blockchain-related business. I'm still in the exploration phase of my next project idea. Blockzombie not bitcoin specific or even cryptocurrency specific. I'm really interested in blockchain-based identity control - it could be used on any of those things. I don't want to use a handle that is too closely connected to my real name because I'd never be able to separate myself from that project.
My real name is no secret though: Chris Mountford.
