    for any of you that appreciate curecoin, i'll try to check gridcoin.

    Gridcoin insted of folding@home, use boinc@home. You can earn money not with mining itself, but with your boinc credits.

    One important thing about grc is that you can use your cpu, so, if you don't want to leave curecoin, you can "mine" grc only with your cpu.

    here (https://cryptocointalk.com/topic/1331-new-coin-launch-announcement-grc-gridcoin/) you can talk directly with the dev, Rob Halförd

    Here, a video-->https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=692081.new#new

    Just BTC and NMC for me. And, at this point, just dust (35 ghs). But, it took so long to get my BFL rigs, I'm running them until they disintegrate. I like the idea of performing a service for the community, even if miniscule at this point given the difficulty level. And, fortunately, the electricity is free.

    I'll preface this by saying I'm mining for curiosity and fun rather than profitability.

    I'm mining SHA256 coins on multipool.us. The coin that I'm currently mining at any given moment is based on profitability, but so far the vast majority of it has been BTC, with occasional forays into MZC, FRC, and PPC. Besides PPC, I don't even know what those other coins are!

    It's been a quite fun and I've learned a lot, so, mission accomplished. It's been so much fun that I have to remind myself that I'm actually mining at a loss so I don't run out and buy more hardware. :(

    I just got a few AntMiner S3's. They are pretty profitable, being about .66 BTC which can be paid off in 40 days, and I'm very happy with them. They use half the power and heat per gigahash as compared to the AntMiner S1's, and are more compact per gigahash and just look nice.

    On which calculations do you base the 40 days?
