Alright. Here's my first submission. I consider all these the same logo. The basic elements are the same but stylized in different ways depending on what you would use it for.

That speech bubble is tricky trying to not make it look like a Q!

Yeah, I originally had the tail facing right but switched it because of that. I was considering playing with the shape of the speech bubble too. But the circle just makes sense since we're playing with the idea of a coin/token. I'll probably come up with one more design since I always like coming up with at least three concepts. But I want it to look considerably different from the first two I posted.

I also have a third design, but I am not very fond of it (my wife likes it though.) I'll probably fiddle around with it some more before I submit it, because it's not a circular design at this point.

Thank you! I actually used a photoshop template that I bought awhile back to create that. I put that image with the rest of the designs, because I like to show the logo being used in different ways. I don't think the gold coin should be used all the time, but it's perfect for certain situations. For example, the simple colored logo should be used in small formats and on the web, and the gold coin image can be used in an image that goes in an article.

For the sake of openness here, if anyone else is interested in creating something like that easily, you can google "coin photoshop template" and find some templates that are actually free to use. I think there is even someone who gave away something like this on the bitcointalk forum.
