NXXTY is a mobile phone app (find it in the google play store) built on the NXT platform that allows for encrypted peer to peer texting and image sharing. They also threw in an addictive little tetris-like game (built into the messaging app). Great job NXTTY devs! I do not currently own any nxtty assets which at the time of this writing is the number 4 highest market cap asset on coinmarketcap.com, coming in at $1.8 million USD. I expect they will continue to add cool features to this app so I think It might be worth buying a few nxttycoin to sit on.

Sounds great, releasing on android was a smart move lots of android users out there. Also for iOS there's a crypto messaging app called Reveal Coin (RVL) it's built on the open assets protocol and there's the late contender Gems expected some time, who knows when.
Interesting times in IM world wonder if FB messenger, whatsApp and others are watching

@eshriek I have not used the built in wallet yet, only the messaging and game. Let us know what you find out about the wallet. It seems that the wallet would only be for nxtty coin. But the first messaging service to incorporate multiple cryptos will have a huge advantage. I see a NXTTY SUPERNET OMNIWALLET type combo in the future. Like I told my wife, if you can think of something really cool that could be done with crypto then wait 6 months and someone will be releasing it. 1000's of brilliant minds coding in this space.

I installed it a few days ago. A message popped up saying something like, "Would you like to redeem your 2500 Nxttycoin reward?". I selected 'yes', but nothing appeared to happen. I don't know whether they just haven't shown up in the wallet, or maybe I'm not in the first 100,000?
Has anyone managed to receive them? Where do they show up? In the wallet?
