  NXT sort of shows what happens when an open source project has no real leadership. Great things can still be achieved, but it's a bit chaotic to sift through the inventions. Also, there are many redundant inventions, with no clear "winner". I think it's a wonderful experiment, and look forward to see how it turns out.
