how tough should the magic words be?

  @legendface66 Excuse the difficulty with finding the podcast guys, I had a tough time getting it to publish on LTBN.

  The magic words are a game. It's participatory and purely opt in. My goal is to produce fair, answerable but difficult to google trivia. If you don't want to play that's fine. If you spend half an hour learning about wine that's a great thing even if you don't get a reward for it. Chasing the answers to these should lead you through a maze of random subjects, rarely if ever related to the content.

  Because that's just how I'd like to do it. For no reason but the fun of it. This is not a consensus network :-)

  Sorry, may I ask "technical" question? As I understood, magic word (chemical in wine industry) consists of 2 words, but when I input them in dashboard's Proof of Listening section – should I write them separately (with space) or as one word (without space)?

  I understand where you're coming from with this, and i started this thread as a suggestion, not a complaint. If a few of us don't get the listener reward the world will keep spinning. Ultimately it should be up to the host of each show to decide how they run things, that's in line with the decentralized spirit anyway. My opinion is that if we have to spend a lot of time/effort, i'd rather learn something related to the show. I dont know if wine tasting is a hobby of yours or just a subject you chose at random. But now that i brought this all up, i want to run my multi-tiered idea by adam when he gets back :D i think it would be cool to have different levels of rewards based on different levels of participation.

  Your multi tiered Idea is a great one I think. It would also be great to have a pool that is shared between correct answers rather than a single value for each reward.

  I got the magic words! There was a problem of people going to soundcloud and downloading the podcast before it was published here. Meaning the magic words were not entered in to the database at the time. Anyway, I just got the words for the last show :D

  I got the magic words! There was a problem of people going to soundcloud and downloading the podcast before it was published here. Meaning the magic words were not entered in to the database at the time. Anyway, I just got the words for the last show :D

  What do you mean? So the +50 solutions I've tried so far were useless? At what time the words entered the database?

  The podcast was posted on 1st of September, probably just a few hours a go, so if you tried the magic word before then and it didn't work try again now.

  That's correct, now it works! I've tried that compound a couple of times before with no success.
