@petki4a i cant believe , and now i see how is that named , because -

EVERYTIME I CONTROL MY DREAM! I CONTROL EVERYTHINE IN MY DREAM! im not lying its true , i tought that everyone are able to do that , now i realyze that a few people only can ,and im happy with that !!!

everyone can do it... it's just that not everyone realises or believes they can. a person that sees dreams as a trivial thing may never have the experience... or even remember their dreams.

a trick i've used is to tell myself, right before i fall asleep, that i will remember my dreams when i awake... sometimes that seeps into the dream and makes me realise it's a dream.

another giveaway for me is that i can't run in dreams for some reason... feels like i'm running in slow motion... underwater... (Has anyone else had that experience?) But as soon as that happens, i remember i can fly and realise i'm dreaming at the same time.

I've tried the techniques before bed in order to have lucid dreams. It works from time to time, but it's usually a brief segment of the dream.

I get DejaVu quite a bit. Usually about good stuff...

I've only had a lucid dream a couple of times and have to prepare for it ahead of time when i do. I usually write "awake?" on my hand. Any time i notice the writing on my hand i ask myself, "am i awake?" which happens quite a bit throughout the day. Eventually your brain will get used to this question and you will end up asking yourself while in a dream, which makes you aware and gives you the control you need to lucid dream.

No, but I'm thinking about it seriously, what I facing these days a lot is, deja vu.

Everytime I realize that I'm dreaming, I wake up. :/ But maybe its better to focus on reallife..

@Jcole43 The thing to be cautious of using the same cue to remind yourself you're awake is that you may condition your mind to always tell yourself "I'm awake" to the repetition even before you're cued or think you're signaled that "this is dream.

I find myself in situations like @derhush where the paradox of realizing it's a dream becomes exciting to the point where I wake up or forget the sequence of the precursor events. Dreaming occurs during the REM phases which are towards the end of the sleep cycle, explaining why people wake up easily.
