Question regarding accepting credit cards.... Are you violating terms of service of the payment gateway(s) that you are using? I know often times a merchant is not allowed to sell "quasi-cash" and virtual credits etc.
Could you discuss this here?

Good question! The way we have it set up is that liability of your accounts with payment providers falls on the merchant. Selling some digital assets like ebooks and traditional content would be no problem however I would check with the individual payment providers about what they do and do not allow. We simply provide the space to set up a shop we don't handle any payment processing ourselves for security and regulation reasons.
