Re: 728x90 Leaderboard Advertisement
@coinfire
nope its just bitcoin/counterparty assets only right now
I'll keep my eyes peeled though ;)
@coinfire, I still think you should auction off a counterparty assed. I mean, you're accepting LTBcoin, aren't you, so your argument about the buggyness of counterparty is kind of moot. Just sayin'.

Re: Brooklyn Bridge for Sale
Ha ha. It's a divisible asset. So if you win the auction, you can sell shares in the bridge to others. :-)

Re: Brooklyn Bridge for Sale
@mikerbiker6 So we went from crap to ridiculous... what a shit auction. When will we get some advertisements slots for LTB?
Cool down. People are just having a little fun, testing the system out... That said, I agree that I'd like to see @adam's consultation hours and the ad spots back in the weekly auctions. I mean, that's the whole idea behind the value of LTBcoin, isn't it? That it will have a use?

@william Why not use the auction system? If you offer a token, it is something I might be willing to bid on for future use.
I've been looking at doing this but frankly still don't trust Counterparty. My own wallet has lost it's balance previously, it wouldn't let me login yesterday (finally resolved) and it is just so buggy as it stands.
Perhaps once the platform matures.
Yeah.... I understand that the platform is not perfect. On the other hand, I really would like to have a couple of these in my pocket for future use, and I can deal with the risk of holding them on a buggy platform. I mean, this is all kind of dabbling around, isn't it? Or maybe you could auction off a dogeparty asset, though I don't know if the LTBauction system is set up for that. And who knows, that might be even more buggy because it is newer.
Dogeparty asset would be VERY interesting. I'm not sure the auction system is set for it either.
Hmmmm. That could be very interesting.
pinging @adam and @deweller and @cryptonaut. Is the auction system set up for dogeparty assets yet?

Re: Feature request - recommendations
@cyberclones All great ideas and like Jayek has said there is a redesign in the works so not sure how many changes we will see till that comes out but hope they include a couple of them in the new design. A trending articles list would be nice but for right now with only one or two new articles a day it would almost be static for the day as the new articles hold that spot till a new one comes out.
To expand on the list idea a top 10 must read or highly recommended list would be nice for the new users that are just starting.
It's true that only a couple of articles are published a day. However there are MANY articles that have been published in the past. I am thinking of a recommendations engine that measures certain aspects of previous articles like total views, comments, etc. in order to recommend the good ones to new readers.

Feature request - recommendations
I would really like some sort of realtime recommendation engine that shows similar articles to the one that is being read, and other article suggestions to get people to click around and view more content. Also, a trending articles list. Maybe another way to suggests highly-trafficked or highly-rated articles. As it is, the website is pretty static. You only see the new articles, not the oldies-but-goodies.

Feature request - my own blog
So, I'd really like a homepage or section for my own writing here at LTB. A place where my own blog articles would be collated, a place where I could do some customization of the template. Ideally, I would like it to NOT be too heavily branded under the LTB network, as bitcoin is only ONE of my interests, and I would like to blog about other topics as well. Any chance of something like this being released?

Re: LTBCOIN now trading on Melotic.com exchange
I think a major difference is that with Counterwallet, you're really trading peer-to-peer, without having to deal with risks of keeping funds on an exchange (I assume we all know those risks well by now).
And, unlike centralized exchanges, your trades become part of the public record on counterwallet.
