Bio:
I'm a graphic artist and small-scale inventor/entrepreneur who started spending a lot of my time exploring Bitcoin in early 2013.
I've been accepting Bitcoin for design and print work since May 2013 (my first Bitcoin job was business cards for the Let's Talk Bitcoin team to bring to Bitcoin 2013 in San Jose).
Print4Bitcoin.comI've been selling Bitcoin Keychains since July 2013.
Bkeychain.comI made Litecoin keychains a bit later in 2013, but they haven't been selling that well (anyone want a deal on 1000 Litecoin keychains?).
Lkeychain.comI've written bitcoin articles on Let's Talk Bitcoin and Spelunk.in
LetsTalkBitcoin.com/blog
Spelunk.inAnd in October of 2014 I became an LTB Network podcaster with The Bitcoin Game!
TheBitcoinGame.comI'm definitely not a Bitcoin expert, just an enthusiast who enjoys participating as much as I can.

Thanks, that seems like a really good explanation of sidechains (and comparison w/ Counterparty). Or straight to the explanation: http://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/2ks5ld/z/clokcgu

Re: Proof of Participation point metric adjustments
Am I crazy for thinking the reward system specifics should be secret? And maybe adjusted every week (so, if someone has multiple accounts they are using to figure out the system each week, it won't be the same the next week)? I can't help but think stating the reward specifics makes people act unnaturally, and helps people game the system. I think encouraging people to just participate in a natural manner, and not try to use their resources as efficiently as possible to maximize their rewards would have a beneficial effect on the overall quality of posts.
I'm open to hear alternative viewpoints, maybe I'm missing something?

Re: Proof of Participation point metric adjustments
@goefells Personally my current lifestyle permits me to listen to the podcasts, ..
I dont understand why not. i have earspeakers and while listening podcasts i can do other things. read other forums or whatever. This is best thing of podcast for me, since practically takes none time from me. Since i do all other things. Well sometimes if i get distracted, have to listen it twice :)
I think you misread his post, Goefells said he CAN listen to podcasts! I too love podcasts, because I can learn and/or be entertained while I'm working, driving, etc.

Re: Open Discussion on Forum Rules, Spam and Post Quality
@bitsol Here is another one:
Make it so that if the user does not post real words that are in the dictionary, ban them.
so we should auto ban people for typos or making up words? What about names and slang / jargon etc. which are not actually words in a dictionary? That seems like an awful idea.
oops, I just realized that :/, I will have to come up with something else
Well, definitely good intentions, just there would be unintended consequences, due to situations that weren't thought of… Seems that's often a problem… Even with your suggestion about posting links more than once, at first I liked that idea, but then I realized that several threads could ask a question, and the answer might be a link. So a good might post the link each time he sees the question. If the limitation was implemented, the helpful person couldn't answer the question (and might get banned). Meanwhile, clever bad actors might use redirects to get around the limitation. Interesting problems, though difficult to figure them out!
I wonder if there could be a token-based system that somehow helps? Not sure how… It would be cool to figure something out!
