I can't help but plug my detailed "hands on" with a (Zen-Box branded) Robocoin ATM. I guess this goes between steps 1 and 3 in your list. Also note you don't have to get a private key ticket at the Robocoin, you can simply supply the public key of your own wallet, and the ATM will send the funds there directly.

I actually bought a lot of $1 private keys at the Robotcoin, just to be able to give out to people. I'm curious if people who don't have access to a Bitcoin ATM would want one of these, as a collectible?
But perhaps self-liked posts aren't counted in the LTB distribution calculations? I'd hope and assume @adam @cryptonaut didn't overlook this.

Mass producing an LTBcoin keychain is definitely something I've been thinking about!
Shortly, I plan to hold another auction or contest to giveaway a customized keychain, so stay tuned for that! One side will have the same big Bitcoin B logo, but the other side will be custom etched with a CNC machine. The custom image can be a simple QR code (public address, bip38, etc.), or a logo, or even something representing LTBc.
