While most altcoins are getting slaughtered, LTC shines propelled higher by Litepay and a new fork. Bitcoin continues its gains as well but stopped short of a new rally. Bitcoin Higher but Stops Short of New Rally Bitcoin prices traded even higher si...

Re: [Official] The 100,000 LTBcoin Logo Design Contest
@andaloons What's going on with this contest? No news in a while.
Just a cruel prank on artists, it seems…
@deweller? @Adam? Can anyone follow through with the original premise of the thread? A lot man-hours were spent designing logos in good faith.

Re: No Magic Word on Bitcoins n Gravy 32
@doogy anyone know why bitcoins and gravy became just gravy? what happended to Lij Shaw?
I think last week (or before) it was explained that Lij was too busy to keep up with the podcast… or something like that.
BTW, aren't these podcasters shooting themselves in the foot when they make it so difficult that regular listeners miss the magic word? Isn't the number of people who submit the magic word used to calculate the how much LTBc the podcasters earn?

Re: newbie
Can you restate the question? I'm not clear what you are asking.

Re: Should we Keep our LTBcoins to rise it's price ?
It's a complex system, where LTBcoin is either used to buy ads on LTBn and other things (consultation with Adam, et.c), traded for things like BTC and XCP, and held (either speculatively, or as a war chest to bid on Auctioneer auctions).
Based on the price movement, LTBc hasn't proven to be a good investment so far, so I do understand why some people are selling it. Hopefully the tide will turn at some point. Regardless, I'm really into participating and seeing how it all plays out.
Oh, to answer your question, I think we should all buy LTBc to rise it's price!

@jayek The Bitcoin Keychain is a quality product and Rob's great to deal with. My stylish new keychain in action
Thanks so much! Nice looking photo, too! How long did it take to get to you? Seems like I sent it weeks ago!

Re: Bitcoin Keychain - "LTB Auctioneer" Auction
@cryptonaut @Rob do you care if we re-sell the tokens individually to people? (I was the winner of the recent auction :) )
I do not care, but even if I did, what could I do about it? :)
I would like to follow Adam's free-market thoughts about these tokens, just to see what happens. So you may do whatever you want with them. Thanks for bidding on them!

Re: Bitcoin Keychain - "LTB Auctioneer" Auction
You transfer the tokens using the Counterwallet; they are an asset, just like LTBcoin. And you redeem them by contacting me (via the forum or contact info at bkeychain.com). Anything else you want to know?

Re: Is Paypal/Braintree About to Accept Bitcoin?
@deweller I sure hope this isn't the beginning of a fragmented bitcoin wallet ecosystem. Have a coinbase or a personal wallet? Oh sorry, that won't work. Paypal is only compatible with a Coinbase wallet.
I think it's likely they are assuming most users will want to be able to accept Bitcoin, but they won't necessarily want to hold Bitcoin. So they'll tell all PayPal users they can now accept Bitcoin, and not worry about holding Bitcoin (accepting Bitcoin will be like accepting VISA via PayPal -- the seller just receives USD, regardless of how the buyer pays). I'm not saying this is the only way it will work, but I bet that's the main way they'll roll it out.

Re: Satoshi's email got hacked
I didn't read through all the BitcoinTalk thread, just skimmed the first page. Is it clear the email was hacked, rather than another explanation of how someone was able to control this account? And if it was hacked, is there reason to believe the account would necessarily lead the hacker to Satoshi?
EDIT: Never mind, saw a bit more, that the hacker was able to access older emails, etc. Crazy stuff!
