Re: Would You Pay for Early Access? What about all articles-as-audio for commuters?
I will be totally honest here.. I would be willing to pay for it in LTBc, but if that was not an option then I most likely would not bother. Even then, it would be mostly to give back to the network than for any of the above proposed benefits. Sorry!

Want to hear more about LTBc from Adam himself? Listen to the new Bitcoins and Gravy Episode #25
For those who don't typically listen to the shows, or specifically B&G, I just want to point out the newest episode #25: http://letstalkbitcoin.com/blog/post/bitcoins-and-gravy-episode-25-ltb-coin-has-arrived
The show is an interview between the hosts and our fearless leader @adam talking about LTBc from quite a few different angles. It gives you some great insight about the philosophy and mechanics behind LTBc so I would highly recommend giving it a listen since everyone here is supporting the network.
Not only do they really get into LTBc, but they also touch on Counterparty/counterwallet and a few other things. Good episode!

Re: [CLOSED][Auction] Air time on Let's Talk Bitcoin! Two 45 Second Sponsorship Slots for Episode #129 due to air 7/22. Auction Closes at 7:00 PM PST on 7/21! Current High Bid(s) 75,000 / 68,720 LTBc
@bcohen @mjroncone for those without LTBcoin that wish to advertise on LTB ...I am willing to give you a referral for clients that you refer to me that use my service (i.e. I place a bid on their behalf) --even if they do not receive a winning bid--- as long as this is o.k. with @adam (i.e. is there a conflict of interest? I don't think so?)
Is 5,000 LTBc/client fair?
I don't think there's a conflict of interest but I wouldn't want to open up the possibility of it looking that way to others, so I think I will abstain. Thanks for the offer though!
I do already refer people to your website because you're the only LTB ad broker that I know of. I also already list you in the auction posting as a way to put a bid in. If there are any other LTB ad brokers I will probably include a comprehensive list there to be fair. The important thing to me is getting outsiders into the system. I don't really care how they go about it!
@coinfire 21k

Re: Record my article(s) as audio.
@crimsonroze sounds like the weekly roundup should perhaps be a podcast :)
This was my first thought when I saw the original post.

Re: General Bitcoin adoption, I think we're missing a big piece of the puzzle...
@ningchang ... I kinna addressed that in my original post "At the moment we do have a system, but it's a one way system, people tend to buy and hold. Noted this isn't universal and some people spend it but I think they're in the minority." I do as you say above. but recently i've been less bothered about doing it. it's such a laborious process to do and quite frankly i've got better things to do with my time.
It did used to be a tough process, and I admit I'm using a central exchange in Canada to purchase my Bitcoin, but I can do so easily and within an hour. Mind you, I had to go through the whole verification process to get an account that allows me to do this. With all the startups and ATMs and everything else, this will hopefully become much easier so that buying Bitcoin is not a difficult and complicated process. And ideally, people will be able to do this without providing a lot of personal information.
Absolutely. Getting in and out of the system as been probably one of the biggest obstacles for average users to overcome. Why spend when it will be a whole extra headache to reload?
There are a lot of companies working to reduce this friction but it will take time. I think Coinbase is actually one of the fastest ways (but requires verification, like your canadian exchange). I can instantly buy up to $1000 in bitcoin from my bank account every week. So, there's definitely progress being made.

Re: Podcast about LTBCoin?
@kerneloops Whenever I've had an idea (trust me, that doesn't happen very often...), @adam & LTB Team usually respond with a "Ok, go ahead, do it."
This is totally what the response would have been. I actually laughed when I read that.

Re: General Bitcoin adoption, I think we're missing a big piece of the puzzle...
I think that you're addressing a rather serious problem with the current ecosystem. People need incentives to adopt bitcoin. In this regard, I will specifically draw the line between adopting bitcoin and purchasing some bitcoin to hold onto.
Many businesses have begun this process by offering huge discounts to consumers purchasing their products/services in bitcoin. I think one of the major problems in this area is that people do not feel comfortable from a security perspective when spending their bitcoin. Checking out in bitcion is still an imperfect process, and very, very foreign to people. Hopefully this will be corrected going forward, but we have to do our part to encourage people to interface with the software and become more familiar with it.

Re: Are girls using Bitcoins?
There are definitely girls in the space, albeit few and far between. If you go to the conferences you will actually see a decent amount of women participating and exploring bitcoin, but they are definitely the minority.

Re: Dell accepts Bitcoin
It's only a matter of time until announcements like these don't matter anymore -- because it will be weird if they don't accept bitcoin.
