Re: COINWHALE.XCP - Development Update!

So are we still able to get a token using our LTB coin? :)

Re: Do you listen to LTB podcasts for Content or Magic Words?

I did it at first for the magic word, but now it is for both. As much as the listening to podcasts is enlightening and educational about most of the going on's in the crypto world, some casts are more about the m word than others.

Some podcasts are more technically focused on the crypto world, so I might listen till the word, and then depending on what I'm doing I might carry on listening or I might stop-but only really if the podcast is focusing around something I am not wholly interested in-the recent one by Beyond Bitcoin is a good example since it was heavily technically focused and I lack the knowledge to grasp most of what is being said or how relevant it is right now to crypto.

Otherwise most of the podcasts I have found very interesting, if not for the content outright(interest, knowledge etc), then definitely for the hosts that take them. Some podcasts I listen to twice, like the Philosophy one with LBT or the one with the Canadian parliament- our parliament in SA is so inept our president has forgone attending!

Re: Proof of Participation point metric adjustments

Personally my current lifestyle permits me to listen to the podcasts, read a few articles and comment on them if I feel the need to. I wont lie my initial incentive to start on LTB was purely to get LTBCoin and trade it for BTC. This changed quite rapidly as I started to listen to the podcast's, read a few articles and then became quite stimulated and enamoured with this place.

I do not comment as much on articles as much as I used to, because honestly if nothing they have written/spoken about has sparked some interest or brain juice, I just don't comment as I don't feel compelled to.

I think eventually the spammy posts will end as the effort far outweighs the gain and the spammy people will naturally move off to the next breeding ground. As much as getting the LTBcoin was the first reason I came here, it definitely is not the reason I am sticking around- and, not to blow my own trumpet, but this is the kind of person you want :). Come for the money, but then end up staying for the community, information, technology. The people who came for the money will eventually ship off.

Re: Suggest a Topic or Guest! Your suggestion picked? You get a 1000LTBC tip!

@jsea

@adam Hey everybody

I'm giving out 1,000LTBC tips for people who suggest discussion topics or guests we then book on the show.

Any suggestions?

I would suggest VIACOIN and the Clearinghouse project developments, Blockchain Notary etc maybe you could link it with something on Treechains and invite Btcdrak and Peter Todd as Guests.

I've heard Andreas talk about Notary services in the past but that was almost a year ago now http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6YHiuZeWyrE#t=6m50s

Was just about to suggest this as well :) Seconded!

Re: What other Podcasts do you listen to?

Re: BIPFORUM token

Do we have to send a "donation" to verify our wallets? I mean, isn't me participating on the forum enough for it to be verified?

Re: Halloween Giveaway - Free BTC inside-

Can anyone here vouch for this software? I.E, is it trustworthy and wont install some type of malware/virus on my PC?
