LTBCOIN distribution delay
Hi everyone
In case you have noticed (or maybe you haven't), we are a few days late on getting all the weekly LTBCOIN distributions pushed to users. Couple reasons for this. 1) On saturday I accidentally forgot about it (oops! please don't hurt me...) and 2) over the past few days (since Sunday at least) there has been a very large backlog of transactions on the bitcoin network which has been making funds very painful to move around. Currently there is around 30,000 unconfirmed transactions on the network. I have already experienced some transactions taking 6 - 12+ hours to confirm, and Counterparty transactions seem particularly prone to getting caught in the backlog (counterwallet sucks at fee calculations). So basically this weeks distributions have turned into a multi-day process.
Content creator distributions have been sent but not confirmed yet, should confirm any time now. Proof of Participation distributions are currently waiting on a TX which has been unconfirmed now for over 8 hours before it can complete...
Also anyone that is waiting on an FLDC or BITCRYSTALS distribution, same issue. Hang tight!
Will post update here when it's all cleared.
obligatory #raisethelimit :)

Re: ☢ The Voiden Blockchain Exploit (Double Your BTC) {Leaked 15/01/16} ☢
They were pretty lazy actually, the address had zero transactions in it so their story of it doubling anything you put in didn't match up at all lol.

Interesting attempt, but still an obvious scam. BTC address removed and user banned, keeping this thread up for reference though. We don't tolerate scams around here.

Re: This is huge: Mike Hearn is quitting Bitcoin
Yup. Sucks that he is giving up already, oh well though. I guess his post will have to be added to Bitcoin Obituaries lol.
Didn't think I would end up saying this but looks like XT is going to fizzle and BIP101 is probably a no go...
Seems that everyone is regrouping under a new project, Bitcoin Classic: https://bitcoinclassic.com/ hard fork to 2MB right away, adaptive block size after that (I think - website doesn't actually say that right now). Gavin and Jeff Garzik are on the dev team, it and a whole bunch of others showing support including Coinbase, OKCoin, a bunch of miners etc. Can't wait to get this fork over with..

Re: [Announce] EmailMe - Get Emailed When You Get Paid
@deweller Any Counterparty send will trigger a notification. So, yes, BITCOINEX sends are notified.
sends yes, but not dividend type transactions, which is how most people are receiving their BITCOINEX

Re: Token Classifications
@darkmooncity So if you can create token access forums, you can create token access apps right?
the CMS has the ability to apply token access rules (although the interface is lacking) to the following: general app/module access (e.g specific areas in your dashboard), override any group permission, submission access to blogs and blog categories, viewing blog posts/categories, viewing forum boards or individual threads/posts, viewing CMS pages and viewing user profiles. More can be added as well

Re: How do disbursements work?
We have a prototype module in the system that allows you to enter in a list of addresses or upload a CSV file and create automated token disbursements. We have a stand alone, public version of this service in the works but it's been on hiatus due to lack of resources. We've been giving access to it by request, it works pretty well, but not always when there are several people using it at once :p let me know and I can enable it on your account.
