This was happening to a bunch of people recently and has since been fixed, it was an issue with the Soundcloud API that we hook up to. If you are seeing issues still, might be a caching issue on your end. Are you able to clear out your cache at all?
Changing it to just a week or w/e would be the quick fix, but Im ok also with having it diminish over time. There should still be a final cut off they are allowed to be submitted though? Or maybe they can submit still at any point in time, but its not worth any points, or only worth a minimum of 0.5 points or something
@adam Right now I think we give 4 points per magic word, what if that amount declined over time so it was worth the full value for a week and once that timeframe passes it's still redeemable for a month but its a late redemption so its only worth 1 or 2 points
Magic words are 20 points actually, we changed all the PoP point values a while ago. The idea being that it is the action which you can do the least of throughout the week and also involves are most valuable contnet (the podcasts), so it gets the highest reward.

@ivanb Thanks for the fast response, guys. I'm still seeing an error when I go to http://feeds.feedburner.com/TheDailyBitcoinShow and click on Play Now. If I click on an episode, go to LetsTalkBitcoin.com and then hit Soundcloud, it works. It's only a problem when going to links directly on feedburner, which I imagine is causing problems for my android app. Can you verify?
Hmm maybe there is some sort of caching issue on your end? Right now when I go to that feedburner feed, all of the "Play Now" links to the podcast files are working for me (I tried it on the latest 5 or so episodes)
Looks like for some reason we had to generate a new set of API keys for soundcloud, appears to be working fine now! Im surprised no one else has noticed this already lol
