  • Counterwallet Asset Drop List Signup

    Hey everyone

If you would like to receive occasional sample shares/tokens for various assets on Counterparty, reply to this thread!

Some of you may have noticed already receiving 1 or 2 tokens of a few different random assets. In order to keep receiving tokens like these (and so we can avoid coming across as spammy), you will need to be signed up on the Drop List. Just make a quick reply and I will add you.

Dont already have a wallet on Counterwallet setup? Get started here: https://counterwallet.co then take one of your newly created BTC addresses and paste it in the "LTBcoin Address" field in your account profile.

you can now automatically sign up for the drop list by going into your account settings and checking off "receive occasional free tokens to my counterparty address"

  • Re: Getting funny Counterwallet tokens sent to my LTB profile's XCP address

@pinheadmz I got one "EARNFREEBTC" and one "GOLDTICKET" Is this spam? The EARNFREEBTC profile linked to a weird get rich quick scheme site... Either way I guess I'm stoked about this 0.0000825 BTC that came with them! Anyone else getting weird assets in your wallet?

You have been a guinea pig of some tests leading up to the LTBcoin launch :) sorry. I am setting up a user group specific for this purpose, so no more spam.

EARNFREEBTC tokens are from me. They represent shares in the profit of http://earnfreebitcoins.com , which is one of my sites. Its not a get rich quick scheme, its an advertising service and a glorified BTC faucet. Although I guess it kind of comes off as one. Profit from the website is paid out as dividends to EARNFREEBTC holders every saturday, so hold on to this because it will actually grow your wallet! Not bad for "spam" :p

GOLDTICKET is also from me... owners of SWARMPRE from the recent Swarm (http://swarmcorp.com) crowd fund received these tokens randomly. Apparantly they have something to do with a big event/party they are putting on soon. So I guess stay tuned for that.

@idrathershred you came too late for the earnfreebtc tokens, those were sent out several days ago.

  • Re: I can't recover my account

@eddie2 I'm not able to reset my password. Something about username and email not matching. I tried to contact support but got nothing. Will I miss the launch?

Hey there. I will contact you via email

  • Re: What Every Piece of Content Must Have to be Published & Paid

@daveb I have done some freelance writing for fiat in the past. When I knew my content would be of interest to several publishers, I had to step carefully with the submissions because most publishers wanted to be exclusive with the content they publish and made that a term of submitting work. Most of them would want the copyright as well. I don't understand where this LTBnetwork content is to be published and how it would be available to be published in multiple outlets.

its published online, here on the website

  • Re: LTBCoin and the start of Private Network Tokens

@ltbcoin Just double-checking: a counterwallet address can be used for both LTBCoin and BTC ? TIA

yes, it is just a bitcoin address. If you really wanted to, you could use any old BTC address from any wallet. It would still be able to hold LTBcoin or other counterparty assets, you just wouldnt be able to see it in that wallet unless they supported it. It would just look like a small amount of BTC that you can't send (I believe how its encoded locks it from being spent unless using counterparty protocol). You can actually add "watch only" addresses in counterwallet, which lets you see the assets of any address from any wallet.

  • Re: 10k LTBcointest Giveaway! Post your counterwallet address and I'll send you coin!

    @luckdragon69 My counterparty address

    miTRHvVr6q6LhASETZaukXyuVtN3mNgXhg

I think this is a great Idea, I cant wait to see where it goes

looks like you got a testnet address there? also make sure to enter your counterparty address into the "LTBcoin Address" field in your profile.

  • Re: On Canada's Law To Regulate Bitcoin

Yeah, im still a bit confused on it. What do they even mean by "dealer of virtual currency"? Is that only in the context of exchange services, or does that apply to anyone that converts BTC to cash or uses BTC in whatever way?

  • Re: Podcast Download Issues

Hey guys, im aware of the frustrations. looking into possible solutions. hopefully we wont need to switch file hosting setup as adam mentioned.

    will report back

  • Re: LTBCoin and the start of Private Network Tokens

@madmoneymachine Hmmmm, not sure what happened. My first counterwallet.co bitcoin address was 1GrjbsVbUjax9rTj1VW5BYW7T6CPGAkpNj a couple of days ago. Today when I logged in my first bitcoin address is 1Lp1KmV5G8hhwbepT6iNHpkemWMHZLisok.

I got a message from letstalkbitcoin.com that I have received a distribution to the old address. But of course I do not see that in counterparty.co wallet. Poof?

Hey Paul. That test distribution it said you have received had glitched out and didnt actually send. Working on fixing this asap, you may receive another alert when it actually sends.

did you remember to save your 12 word passphrase for counterwallet?
