Re: What skills do you have? What type of team are you looking for?
@disengage @CrimsonRoze Wow! You really put forth some effort into tracking down that issue; thank you SO MUCH for doing that!
I think I just sent you 2,000 LTB. I hope I did, anyway.
I got the 2,000 LTB. Thank you. :)

Re: ATTENTION: LTB Distributed Workforce - Assemble!
@mjroncone
I've posted in that thread but as an editor. I wrote a piece to be edited and had questions about the process and that seemed like a good place to start. Lookin at the trello boards though I see things like "ideas" and "Currently being written", so maybe there's a place for the me there after all.

Re: Chief Economist of The World Bank, Kaushik Basu on bitcoin
"Ponzi game and a conduit for criminal/illegal activities." And this he says as if the current money system weren't the same.
"And it isn’t safe given hacking of it." Banks and money managers get hacked several times each month, at least. No chain is stronger than it's weakest link and there's such a big sea of failing and weak links in the current money systems that it is just ridiculous.

Re: Does LTBcoin require fiat to survive?
The current rate of the LTBCOIN is most likely a function of it's percieved future utility. If LTB grows, then the marketing venture it allows in the form of airtime on the shows, advertisments on the front page and more marketing features yet to be announced is the absolute minimum of value the tokens has.
To me, getting ~50k tokens in preparation for a game related project that I'd like to market to this specific crowd meant that I was looking at buying some LTBCOIN. Some issues with UI and the fact that the coins eventually showed up on their own kinda made my idea moot.
If I do get my game project up, and the response from being mentioned on the show ends up being highly valued, then I will without doubt look at getting more coins for that sole purpose.
So, at the very minimum, the LTBCOINs are worth marketing value of the LTB networks offers.

Re: Earn LTBC by Publishing Your Writings for LTB! All accounts now may compose and submit articles for the front page - Walkthrough inside!
I'd like to manage my expectations. I submitted a piece and I'm eagerly awaiting feedback but there does not seem to be any know order in which pieces are edited and I'm not sure if I will get notifications or information about the process as it happens.
Any information as to what to expect and how the publisher can follow the flow of information would be appreciated.

@pinheadmz Used to be a function, they're fixing it:
Meanwhile, you can copy the address, search for it on blockchain.info and get your QR code there.

Re: Why Bitcoin price is falling?
From my viewpoint this is what is happening:
Large numbers of investment capital is going into companies that will realize their value in the 2-5 year timespan. All that money that went into companies as investment capital last year is probably far from being realized.
So yes, there's lots of good investment capital "news". But the tangible products for consumers that will be tweeted, shared and talked about that kicks in the network effect won't happen until the investment capital makes good on it's promises, which may still be several years off.
Notable exceptions would be coinbase and bitpay who appearantly had a decent structure to begin with and could put the money to good use in a short time.
Change is slow. Markets are fast. Speculators are random.

Re: Issue with the sheer volume of LTB podcasts
I've mostly run out of LTB podcasts to listen to and are starting to go through older episodes now. I'm in no way representative for the broader mass out there but I thought I should add my view on things as well.
