Re: Help me pick an android phone: 1,000 ~ 10,000 LTBc
@taxidermista I think you would be totally satisfied with a Google Nexus 4 (used). An insane bargain in every aspect. If you can live without the 4G, of course...
I haven't gotten comfortable with high-speed internet on my phone and while I have a 100mbit connection at home I've cut down on my need for it by slowing down.
I'll do fine without 4G.
That said, it's a matter of battery life there, while I dont need speed, I do need connectivity and without batter power to back up, it just.. disappears :(

Re: Anyone else get 22+ billion HATE tokens?
I've got no HATE so far, but I do have 0.00000001 LOVECOIN.
I kinda wish that said something about me, but I'm guessing it's all just random.

Re: Ecuador Bans Bitcoin - Anyone here from Ecuador?
The very fact that they are trying is the interesting part.

Re: Ecuador Bans Bitcoin - Anyone here from Ecuador?
"[...] to create a new Central Bank backed cryptocurrency backed by [...]". Are the entire world missing this point? According to that statement, it seems that Ecuador is actually embracing cryptocurrency theory even if it bans competition.
Anyone ready to speculate on Ecuador-coin? :D

Re: 1 ether = ???
@therealtwig In my nightmare of scenarios, its a failure and we just funded a really cool idea with no actual market for people that want it....like Crystal Clear Pepsi or a Segway.
While the Segway is kindof a fail, the technology behind it is truly revolutionary. Motorized Self-Balancing Unicycles and Motorcycles already exist on the market and they surpass the Segway in almost all aspects.
Maybe Etherium fails, but the ideas might well live on and grow slowly until the value proposition becomes more palatable.

Re: News Breaking Story Lead(s)
I've only written one article and I still feel a bit unsure about my writing skills. I also don't know what field the news is about and what my knowledge in the field is. If you want me to take a look at it, I'll do that, but I cant give any promises.
You can get to me either on IRC or by email: [email protected]

Re: Token view Point.
@cryptonaut You will be able to add multiple addresses to your accout. Only "verified" ones will work for the token based permissions. Verification is done either by signing a message with your address or by sending us a small token (can be a few satoshis even) payment to prove you own that address.
Sounds like several good ways to get an address verified. Could you also make it so that verified addresses can be used to login with, preferrably by both BitID and BitAuth?
