What's the deal with Xapo?

Anybody know if these Xapo guys are legit? It sounds promising enough... but are there any details on who actually owns the wallet's private keys?

I've signed up for a debit card though, but it doesn't seem like there's any useful wallet controls.

  From what I've seen they seem to be pretty legit. I haven't used them but I know they're pretty well ingrained in the community. For example, I know that Coinsetter announced recently that all of their funds are now Xapo secured.

  @Mike Cheers.

  The site has some decent security measures, all the 2FA, phone bells and whistles you'd expect. And they seem to be getting a lot of buzz on twitter
