I just take it, because this is just a side job only in during leisure time. if the benefit, I am grateful .. if it does not? also it's okay but i hope LL 4 bitcoin.. (y)
bitcoin discontinue if no internet in the world...
It would be good news if it was a vulnerability that could not be fixed in bitcoin and it's clones meaning all the money moved in to NXT :D
I guess I would be heart-broken for a while and then write a song for it :(
That is not possible but if things fall apart definitely i will move on with another coins of my choice.
It's unlikely, but certainly possible. A major EMP event such as solar flare or multiple nuclear device detonation in key parts of the world could knock out internet, thus end Bitcoin. Very, very low risk, but very, very high consequences.
Of course, if that were the case, we'd have a lot more to worry about than losing crypto currencies.
Since there isn't anything I can do about the risk, I'm just going to keep Bitcoining on. Long live Bitcoin!
Nah, my purpose questions why we are not changes the 'King' coins.
For example we can using litecoin, darkcoin, or POS coins.
What do you think, all??
For me it largely depends on why Bitcoin was gone, not just that it was gone.
If there was a problem with all SHA-256 coins that caused them to disappear/become vulnerable, then I would move into a combination of scrypt (litecoin) and different ideas entirely like NXT and Ether. It would definitely be an interesting learning curve, since I'm not currently too involved with NXT and Ether doesn't even exist yet. Litecoin would be a lot easier.
If it was a problem with the internet at large (world war, aliens, EMP, zombies, power shortage, hostile government), then the answer would be to grab the guns, food, ammo, gold, and whatever still works, and book it to a safe spot I have in the middle of nowhere.
If people just stopped using it/trying it...well, I won't just stop without a really good reason to do so, and I think most people who have used Bitcoin over the last 5 years won't either.
