I am not sure if this thread has been brought up before, my apologies if it has.

What are you currently invested in, monetary wise. I personally have DMD = Diamond Coin POW / POS Hybrid HBN = HoboNickels POW / POS Hybrid BTC = Bitcoin --- duh CAP = Bottlecaps POW / POS Hybrid CAC = California Coin POW

I am split pretty evenly between these. I generally like POS coins but I don't know why as they haven't ROI'd with the decrease in their value over time.

Smart choice then. Stick with the big dogs. I remember when I first started joining the community of BTC and LTC I waited too long. Had I jumped on it when I thought about it (last august) I'd have made a killing selling at the peak. This is all in hindsight though.

Have you tried / considered doing the daily trading game? I ended up making 21% and then losing that 21% + another 15% doing it. Didn't end well for me lol

Recently though I bought up some SDC at low prices and kept reselling / buying and actually turned .01 BTC to .056. Was quite fun to see it build up

I like to invest in coins that are some type of tool. For instance, it's best to have XCP to effectively use counterwallet.

I didn't invest in anything yet, I'm investing in my body and health now.

Money wise, I have an idea what I will be working soon, hopefully I will make a good living from.

We really take some liberties with the word investment in this community :)

Can you tell me the attraction of Litecoin? Everytime I ask anyone they just give me the "it's the silver to bitcoins gold" line. I know there has to be more to it than a marketing line. Is it mainly the faster block times?

I've have a littel BTC, bitshares. A tiny bit of nxt and ether.

I'm no expert, but I think Litecoin has a lot of hashing power protecting the network, and is perceived to be well-designed (less likely to have bugs). Apparently the Devs have helped with Bitcoin code too, and seem like very solid people (who we actually know). And the coin has a relatively l long track record. I mean, it was THE altcoins for awhile... All that said, I don't know if it's a great investment.

I've got quite a bit over on this arbitrage pool https://bitcoin-trader.biz/?ref=Centrin21 which makes about .8%/weekday. There was talk of there being an audit performed soon too so there can be less talk about this being a ponzi scheme and not a legitimate trading operation. If the audit comes through clean I will probably triple my investment as this is actually money for nothing.
