If I create a new 'watch-only' address in my counterwallet, and then sweep the private key from the address that actually controlled the asset, will the 'watch-only' address update to reflect changing balances on the other address? Can you sweep multiple private keys into a single 'watch-only' address in counterwallet?

I want to try to get one consolidated 'watch-only' addresses that can show everything in my accounts.

A watch-only address in Counterwallet should reflect any BTC and tokens held by that address. Each time you sweep an address, it moves all BTC and tokens from the swept address into the Counterwallet address you choose. This does require enough BTC in the swept address to pay for one transaction for each asset to move to the destination Counterwallet address.

As long as there are enough BTC for fees in each source address, you should be able to sweep as many of them as you'd like.
