@Cryptonaut - I am a little confused. I have posted an LTB address which has been receiving LTB coin for some time now and I am now requested to verify that the address I posted is correct by sending BTC to an LTB address. Which has been verified that it has been received but is insufficient to substantiate and verify that it is sent by me though I can't comprehend why my wallet needs to be verified. Whose wallet would it be if not mine and why would I have LTB sent to it if it wasn't mine. Why would I send bitcoin for its verification if it wasn't mine? What possible evil are these farcical actions trying to prevent? So now I need to send BTC to my LTB wallet then send the received BTC to a LTB address.

Doesn't this all seem a little strange to you? What if we reverse it? How about verifying that the address I sent to is truly LTB by sending BTC back to me?

hmm I dont know.. that doesnt really make sense to me.

To clarify, you do not need a verified address to receive LTBcoin rewards, and you never have had to. I added a note on the address manager stating this to help prevent the confusion

The address verification is required for use of additional (and totally optional) features of the site which are not yet fully implemented. Specifically, the TCA (Token Controlled Access) system. One example use of TCA is having private forums, where you can only access a certain part of the forums if one of your addresses holds a special token (e.g, the JEDI token). The reason a verified address is required for this is that otherwise you could just submit any old address you find which holds the required token (which is easy since its all in a public ledger) and then completely bypass the whole system.

If you dont want to verify ownership of an address (which can be done either by the verification-by-donation or the message signing feature), you don't have to. It is entirely optional and you will still get LTBcoin to the appropriate address either way.

    Sorry for the confusion

have you not used counterwallet yet? You can hold LTBcoin, BTC, and hundreds of other tokens built with Counterparty all on the same address if you want.

If you address is unverified, there is a "VERIFY" link in the address manager you can go to. From there you can get a deposit address
