Just logged into my LTB account. I usual I checked the dashboard where I up to now have been able to see my token balances (LTB coins etc), but now this information has disappeared!

Have there been any changes made to the platform?

I note that there is new option "Token Inventory" and there I could setup a new and verified (by a small donation) address using my counterwallet. This did not help though to bring forward my LTB coin balances, but only the balances of my counterwallet corresponding to the newly added adress.

After a little bit more investigation I see that there is another address tagged LTBcoin in the address manager of my account that has NOT been verified. To verify it I would like to do a BTC small donation but this seems to be difficult since the address I am required to send FROM (given in the info of address manager) it seems that I have lost the source of, i.e. I can't see that any of my other accounts correspond to this address for sending BTC.

Question: Can I regain access to my LTB coins (and other tokens I have received and still is receiving weekly to this address thanks to my participation in this community)?

Could I for instance transferr my funds from my LTB coins address to my newly added and verified counterwallet address, ant then kill my LTB coins address and redirecting future funds to my counterwallet address.

Any help is much appriciated.

To clarify, you have lost access to the Counterwallet passphrase for the address that you have been using for your main LTBcoin payments?

I have access to my counterwallet (through my passphrase). In my counterwallet there is only one public address (with a few swarm coins on it). I decided to add this public address to my LTB account today. It worked fine, I verified it and I can now see the swarm balance on this address when I login to my LTB account.

However the LTBcoin address that should hold my LTBcoins I cannot verify since I cannot find the corresponding address in my counterwallet account (there is only one address there which I added today to my LTB account as stated above).

Could it be that the address for my LTBcoin has been deleted in my counterwallet? I am a bit new in the crypto coin space, is it correct that all addresses setup on my LTBcoin account are supposed to be a counterwallet address?

Just realized that I did have ANOTHER counterwallet account earlier, but that account was connected to the counterwallet testnet with test adresses (which I unfortunately added to my LTB account thinking they where real, these addresses started with a letter and not "1").

When I realized that my counterwallet account was only an account for the testnet, I created a new counterwallet account which I now use. Could it somehow be that my LTBcoins are connected to a this testnet counterwallet (I don't think I have the passphrase left to that account!). Furthermore my LTBcoins ARE associated an address which starts with "1"(!) and not with a letter as for the counterwallet testnet addresses. Confused... me too!

I had the same issue as mandrake in the thread above. I successfully setup a wallet from week #1 and have been receiving LTBc as well as being able to view my balances in my profile. Similar to the other post my LTB balances are no longer there.

My profile shows my counterparty address but no coin balances. This is what I see:

My Tokens Click to display as grouped totals

Looks like you don't have any tokens yet. Have you added and verified a bitcoin address yet?

If enter the address again, it says address already on file.

Also if I login to counterparty my LTBc balance shows there. Please help!? Thank you.

Go back to the "Address Manager" section, and you should see a "VERIFY" link beside your address. Go through that process and you should be able to see your token balances again
