A couple of top-down housekeeping items.

  1. This forum will remain accessible to Tuomas, Cheryl, Daniel and myself, and may contain confidential client information (as it does now). We can refer to ourselves as The Core for the time being, as a step towards decentralization.

  2. Each of us has 1 Blockhead token that entitles us to one vote each on issues that require a vote. We can use that process when required, and attempt consensus with common sense in most instances.

  3. Early client information will stay here, and only released to the other group when we believe it is the right time. As we have noticed with some clients things can change in this ecosystem rather quickly.

  4. The New Forum will use Blockaccess tokens to allow us to share the overall concept with people who express and interest in being part of the larger decentralized communication agency, and we can decide when things are ready to share with the larger group.

Please post your opinions about these items on this thread.

That sounds like a solid structure. It's a good use of TCA methods, and will be a good test case for how this business can scale.

Quick update, and want to make sure all 4 of us get this in a timely manner.

GEMS is off and running so I will update here.

We want to make sure everyone gets renumeration for this project so we will be setting up a proposed structure.

    Factors for consideration

    TIME VALUE

    All ideas welcome.

    Hey Daniel and Cheryl,

In my mind I had this crazy idea that things would go really smooth with Gems. They have not, and I am learning that this new development space is a little less organized and professional than I am used to. But rather than whining about it, I can tell you that I had a chance to break some code tonight, and give some feedback to the people putting the platform together. THIS IS CONFIDENTIAL

The idea that the crowdfunding was going to start on the 18th was not on the mark at all. We, Tuomas and I, got everything done that we could to get the public aware, and thanks to yours and Cheryl's help and Gracie and Sanky, the public campaign is still going on in the crypto world. Where I am hoping to take it, is in the mainstream world but currently there are legal considerations, which are taking much longer than planned to get legal opinions from lawyers. So... we are getting on with a few other things.

My new email address is [email protected] and I am setting up clients to advertise on the LTB Network, as display ads (155x155) and 1 minute audio sponsorship ads. We have been selling them ridiculously cheap compared to the mainstream world, so I am trying to get prices from other online publishers to see what they are actually getting for their ads. As you know hearstartup.com is getting $6000 USD for sponsorship from MailChimp. I am embarrased to tell you what we have been charging here.

I have a few new clients stepping up, and will be wanting to discuss them here shortly. Just trying to get confirmation and find out what they have in mind.

As for the structure, I want to talk with Tuomas and see if we can put everything on the table for you and Cheryl to discuss before we set anything in stone. It has been great knowing you are both there and your contribution is really appreciated.

Thank you for the update, Dave.

How often do worthy pursuits go smoothly? The road blocks sometimes seem to be everywhere making things more challenging.

I'm glad to be a part of what you're doing in any way that I can.
