I have a problem with counterwallet.co, i cant open it and always loading so long. So i search on google, write counterwallet, because i afraid the domain is change and then i got testnet.counterwallet.co ((XCP) web wallet launched on testnet - Counterwallet.co). I can open it, but what is mean?

In my case some weeks ago when I tried to enter to my Counterwallet account, the message of "Terms and Conditions" appeared but in the forum people said that you can accept and continue to the dashboard in which you can see your funds.

IMAO be patient and keep trying in other navigators such as Firefox :P

I use chrome. Also this happens about 3-5 times a week for me. Just wait an hour or so and it shoud come back. Everytime they do updates, the Counterwallet service needs to catch up to the BTC vbockchain

I use Firefox and have no issues. You can try clearing your cookies or use a "new private window" to visit the site.
