There's no way to calculate it until you actually invest in it and wait for the payout each Saturday. It's not a fixed payout rate per week. It depends on whether or not the underlying assets held by the fund have risen in value or paid out a higher distribution for the given week.
Here is a spreadsheet Cryptonaut has been updating to show how much of a given asset the fund holds on a given day. I guess you could draw some conclusions from that to try and guess your ROI.
Here is another spreadsheet that shows how much was paid out per unit to token holders.

I'm belatedly playing around with assets in Counterwallet (and indeed NXT) and have itchy fingers. Is it still possible to buy this asset, and if so, does the advice on the first page still hold? Thanks.

Thanks! Can the asset be purchased with XCP?
No more questions, I promise :)

Nope, the automatic funding address only accepts BTC, BITCOINEX and XBTC tokens. If you want, I could sell you some of mine for XCP in a private sale though, just send me a PM

Sent a little test amount of BTC to the deposit address, so looks like I'm in :)

First BITCOINEX now nestling in my wallet. Not about to retire on it, but still good fun to see it there.
