TONS of theories on reddit. One of the reasons I love this community is how fast news comes and the suspense that can build around it.
Any guesses?

I am speculating that it is Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss at the moment. I've seen a lot of theories regarding Circle but I just don't feel that it was them.
Wonder if it's even a person or entity in the public eye. Could be anyone… Since you started the thread, who would you guess?
BTW, did you see a bidder had 100 BTC stolen, and claims the Fed's dumb email CC is the reason? http://bitcoinvox.com/article/823/bitcoins-reserve-co-founder-email-address-hacked
What price do you think they went for? Honestly i'm more curious about that.
Yeah, I wonder exactly how much higher they bid. Thats at least like $20 million worth of BTC bought by a single person/group. who are they and what are their plans?
I'm pretty sure they went more or less at market price before the move upwards, Therefore between 560 and 590. Why? If you have several interested bidders involved, they will outbid themselves until the expected profit becomes too small for the trouble for all bidders but the highest. Therefore the cap between the bidding price and the market price should be small.
It turned out that Tim Draper bought all of the bitcoins!

Yup thanks @CoinFire!
But yeah, now the question is "for how much?" I wonder if Tim Draper will disclose it anytime soon.
Tim Draper! it is cool!

Thanks for the supplying the link! I've never heard of Vaurum before, but apparently the intention of the purchase is to have reserves for a new high-volume trading site... interesting.
