Sent BTC to my BTER XCP address? Am I doomed?

Hi Everyone,

I just accidentally sent a large portion of my BTC to my XCP deposit address on BTER.

Does anyone have any experience with this type of problem? Is my BTC recoverable?

I've submitted a ticket and I'll post updates here if anyone is interested in how this plays out.

  They have QQ chat information at the bottom of the page, QQ is a chat program, they are in china so you'll need to attempt to talk to their support late in the evening in the US.

  They'll probably make it right, it would be bad for their reputation to keep bitcoin every time customers send them some by mistake.

  All fixed with a simple support ticket! Though strangely, BTER credited my BTC account and the coins I sent are still in my XCP account.

  Regardless, kudos to BTER, I hope this puts someone's mind at ease if they make the same mistake I did.
